Fort Clothing ships to addresses within the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select European Union countries. 

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: £10.00 for orders under £150. Free for orders over .
  • Express Shipping: £15.50 flat rate.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order total and selected shipping method.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day. Processing times may extend to 3-5 business days during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery Time

  • United States & Canada:
    • Standard: 3-7 business days.
    • Express: 1-3 business days.
  • United Kingdom:
    • Standard: 2-5 business days.
  • European Union:
    • Standard: 7-14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing. Delays may occur due to customs for international orders.

Klarna Payment Integration

Fort Clothing offers Klarna as a payment option, allowing customers to pay in installments or defer payment. Shipping policies remain consistent regardless of payment method. Customers using Klarna will see shipping costs and estimated delivery times at checkout, ensuring compliance with Klarna’s requirement for transparent cost and delivery information.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal. For Klarna users, tracking details are also accessible via your Klarna account.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or international regulations. These will be noted at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or lost, contact us at INFO@fortclothing.com within 14 days of shipment. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a refund/replacement as per Klarna’s consumer protection policies.

Returns and Exchanges

Fort Clothing accepts returns for items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds for Klarna purchases will be processed to your Klarna account, adhering to Klarna’s refund timeline. See our Returns Policy for details.
